TROUBLESHOOT AND SOLVE YOUR PC PROBLEMS YOURSELF

I get so pissed when i see people getting stressed out and paying large amounts of money to fix little Pc problems when they could just do it themselves. Imagine someone paying a couple of bucks just to fix Bluetooth visibility on a laptop. Something one can do in just a matter of seconds without any technical knowledge. All what an average computer user needs are the Help utility, Troubleshooting, Godmode and a search engine e.g. Google.

HELP UTILITY

The help utility comes with every operating system, and even in most software. It was purposely written to serve as a manual for computer users in solving little and common computer problems that does not always require one to contact a technical know-how or expert and pay them quite some amount of money. Open the help utility by pressing the F1 key on your keyboard and if you have any question or problem, you type it in the search bar and it searches online and offline contents for results that are similar to the query you typed in the search box.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Troubleshooting, according to some English dictionaries, is the act of discovering why something does not work effectively and make suggestions about how to improve or solve it. To access the troubleshooting function in windows, type “Troubleshooting” in the search bar on the Start menu and proceed by following the instructions related to what you want to do. You can troubleshoot various areas of your computer from this window ranging from your hardware to program software.

GODMODE

Godmode is a special and simple folder that brings all aspects of the Windows 7 controls in a single place. Godmode collects all of the Control Panel’s functions, accessibility options. It practically contains just about everything and every aspect of Windows7 controls and gathers them up into a single spot.

To set up Godmode, do the following;
  • Create a new folder anywhere you want it to be
  • Rename the folder by pasting the exact text below
  • Press Enter and the folder icon will change to that of the Control Panel icon
Now you can begin using all the menus you need from this place.

SEARCH ENGINES

Search engines have always been a great source of information. It serves as a large database that basically has almost every information one could ever need. Major search engines include Google, Yahoo, Bing etc. Search engines provide information by going through websites and blogs in search of information and displays related results to the user. With this powerful tools in our hands, I’ll say we do not always need to visit repair shops , and experts before we fix small problems with our PC. Don’t forget to share
