Reduce The Number Of Mails Gotten From Twitter

As you get more followers on twitter, its no news or surprise that the mails gotten from twitter in your email is bound to increase. You get mails for each mention, retweet, favourite, followed and every other thing you get mail for.

Most of this mails end up clogging your inbox so the best thing to do is to prevent twitter from sending them. To do this, follow the instructions below:

STEP 1: Login to your twitter account and navigate to your settings... After logging in you can click on this url
https://twitter.com/settings/notifications

STEP 2: Check the respective boxes for the alerts you would like to receive and uncheck those you are not interested in.

Your email now has a reduced number of mails gotten daily from Twitter

    It's interesting to see a tech-oriented A to Z! Don't think I've caught any of these yet. Its amazing how many people don't know how to set up the notifications on various channels.
